By inquiring to commission me, you agree to the following terms below:I, as the artist:
- Maintain the rights to the art itself.
- May add completed works to my portfolio;
However, I will not post pieces to any of my social medias upon request.
- May decline or turn down any request.
- Will strive to perform to the best of their ability in good faith and warrants Work is 100% original according to Artist’s best knowledge.
- May use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools.
- Warrants that they will not copy or heavily reference unauthorised materials.You, as the client:
- Acknowledge that you will only receive a digital item and that it does not require shipping.
- Are 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.
- Will provide clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins.
- Warrants that they have the authority to enter this agreement, be the point of contact and is solely responsible for decisions and approval during the process.
- Warrants that the character design and reference material provided are legally obtained and authorised for use.
- Grants to the Artist non-exclusive rights to observe and replicate Client’s own character design and reference material for the use of the Work.
- Are entitled to a maximum of 2 MINOR revisions in the final output.
- May print the commissioned work for personal usage.
- May post the commissioned work in your own social medias/website with proper credit.

REGARDING PAYMENT- Payment methods available are strictly PayPal & Stripe via VGen (international clients), GCash, & BPI (local clients)
- Please do not send any form of payment unless I send the invoice or give you the signal to do so. I will not be held accountable for any mistakes done by the other party.
- Payments should be paid upfront via invoice only. I will only accept 50% downpayment when the total goes above 250 USD.- If the client does not conform to my rules or is persistent in obtaining any form of art from me, the artist, without paying beforehand only then will they be added to my blacklist and blocked.
- For commercial works, please contact me through email to discuss payment.

REGARDING REFUNDS- I do NOT allow refunds even during the sketching stage of the commission. Please only commission me if you are certain/secure with your circumstances and that you, the client, are able to request a fully commissioned piece from me.
- I will only allow full refunds if I, the artist, could no longer work on the commission.
- Please refrain from claiming disputes/chargebacks. I am open to communicating and sorting things out properly under any circumstances.
______________________________________REGARDING COMMERCIAL WORK
- Inquiries for commercial commissions are strictly through email only.
- The following are considered commercial work:
- Packaging / Book Cover / Merch Design
- Posters (For Selling)
- Anything that's used for advertising
- Please refer to : "COMMERCIAL FEES"

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS- Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
- Additional charges will be required for commercial usage if not included, typically 2x of the original cost.COMMERCIAL FEES
+50% of BASE PRICE - illustration works that will be posted on social medias like twitter, instagram, etc. The commission will only be use as online promotional posts for vtubers, VA, etc. This is standard commercial license with non-exclusive rights as the artist retain intellectual property of the commission to also display in their portfolio and social media.
+100% of BASE PRICE- Character reference sheet for vtubers, stream assets that include starting/ending screen, overlays, convention prints for VA etc. This is standard commercial license with non-exclusive rights as the artist retain intellectual property of the commission to also display on their portfolio and social media.

Design Consultation FeeInquiries with characters w/ no existing design (only moodboards or reference stock images) will unfortunately not be accepted under any circumstances.
However, client may opt into Design Consultation with a fee of $120 USD which includes the following:
- Design Consultation (Character Silhouettes, 3 Design Variation, & a Simple Fullbody sketch)
-Maximum of 5 revisions WITHIN timeframe of consultation provided that both client and artist reach an agreement and client is satisfied with said revision.CONFIDENTIALITY
The Artist and Client acknowledges that information and materials that are provided to either party (including but not limited to personal information, technical information, marketing plans, payment information, or sensitive business information), or are incorporated into the deliverables, that will not be visible to the public shall be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of this confidential information.
